Shannon joined Age of Learning with 20 years of experience in corporate and legal affairs, most recently as Deputy General Counsel and Privacy Officer for Everbridge, Inc.(NASDAQ: EVBG). At Everbridge, she also served as acting General Counsel, responsible for filing the company’s S-1 with the SEC.
Previously, Shannon served as Associate General Counsel at Move, Inc., (acquired by News Corp.) and practiced law at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP in both the Entertainment and Corporate practices. She holds a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was an editor of the San Diego Law Review.
